Growing inside.

Just heard this awhile ago: "My compensation plan is tied to my personal growth."

Wow. What a revealing statement. You start to earn when you start to grow, in any career, in any field. When you develop the character, learn and practice the necessary skills, develop the important habits and attitudes -- your financial freedom begins. It also means, when you grow exponentially as a person, inside, all others areas of your visible life grows exponentially, too.

This is just the greatest day of my life!
